High-Protein Festive Yoghurt Bark

High-protein but make it festive! This yoghurt bark is a family favourite of ours. You can dress it up with whatever you have on hand. I love it when my girls ask for more because I know it is packed with protein and healthy fats, exactly what I want to fill their bellies with when the Christmas weeks are filled with loads of extra sugary treats.

Follow the yoghurt base and then choose your own adventure with the toppings.

Ingredients:

250g Chobani light Greek yoghurt

2 scoops of whey protein isolate

4 Tbsp of peanut butter

4 tsp of sweetener (honey or maple syrup)

Toppings:

150 g melted dark chocolate

Frozen raspberries

Paleo Granola

Method:

Mix the yoghurt, protein, peanut butter and sweetener. Spread onto a lined baking tray. Melt your chocolate. Sprinkle with your desired toppings and drizzle with chocolate. Pop in the freezer until it is set. Enjoy.
