Choc Banana Peanut Butter Oats
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
1 Tbsp chia
Sprinkle hemp and golden linseeds (optional)
2 Tbsp grass fed collagen
Pinch salt
1 cup filtered water
1 Tbsp cacao
1/2 to 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Splash of almond milk
1 banana
Method
Combine in a small saucepan and bring to boil, reduce heat to low and stir occasionally for approximately 5 minutes. Add cacao, sweetener and a splash of milk. Combine and cook for an additional minute or two.
While oats are cooking, caramelise your banana by slicing in half lengthways and cook in a fry pan with some coconut oil or butter and a dash of sweetener, they don’t need long. Serve banana on top of oats with peanut butter.
