High Protein Chocolate Lava Cake

I love creating high protein alternatives to popular desserts. If you love chocolate pudding and want it ready to eat in less than 30 minutes this one is for you.

Ingredients

1 egg

20g of melted chocolate

2 scoops of whey protein, mine was chocolate but vanilla would work

2 Tbsp cacao

1 Tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of salt

1 tsp of vanilla (optional)

80mL milk

30g of Chobani Greek Light yoghurt

Method

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Melt the chocolate and then mix it with the other ingredients. Pour the mixture into 2 large ramekins or 3 standard muffin moulds. Bake for 15 minutes.
