Chocolate and Raspberry Broth Pops
If you grew up eating Paddle Pops you will love these chocolate ice blocks with a twist. My version is spiked with homemade chicken broth and egg yolks!
Chocolate & Raspberry Broth Pops
1 cup of coconut cream
1 cup Chicken Broth, homemade or store bought
6 dates - pop in a bowl with boiling water for a minute to soften
3.5 Tbsp cacao
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
For later:
Frozen raspberries
Melted dark chcolate
Blend all ingredients until smooth and combined. Pop some frozen raspberries into your ice block moulds and then pour in your mixture. Set in the freezer. Once frozen, melt your chocolate in a bowl over simmering hot water or in the microwave. Place a spoonful on a lined baking tray and then sit the ice block on the chocolate. Place back in the freezer to set. Makes approx 6 to 8 ice blocks.
